@randomgeek That's okay. That's the thing with meds... You've got to remember them the next day too.
I'm on a bit of a hot streak. I've taken mine every day since I managed to get my prescription filled. Hopefully you can keep it up too!

@minego with very rare exception I don't forget Round 1. The stuff literally keeps me alive, so...
It's Round 2 that can get woopsed down the rabbithole 
...
@minego I still only forgotten once after starting on daily meds. A day I went to the doctor :-)
This moose has multiple reminders set, and the box of pills is carefully positioned in front of the kettle so I can't make tea or coffee without moving it. Second reminder (for evening pills) is still 130 minutes away. 3:O)>

@minego Yes, it's part of my step-by-step routine. And if I miss a step I feel wrong, scared, nervous and almost physically hurt for the remainder of the day. Joys of being #ActuallyAutistic, or so I've heard. xD

I hadn't been able to get one of mine for a long time, and finally can again so I'm working really hard to add it to my routine... Changes are hard.
@hazardius I'm #AuDHD so routine is very important for me, but I'm also very bad at it lol.
