I never learned what crazy construction process was going on inside of this random neighborhood house when we lived in in 2016.

View of the front porch of a nondescript light greyish blue house. Inside, plywood is in the corners of the window to form a circular opening, inside of which steep thin handmade wooden stairs go upwards to some sort of loft. The light inside of an orange glow, though at other times there were all sorts of colored lights turning on and off.

Oh, it looks like in the intervening years the guy added a wind turbine to the top of the house!
